Returns and Refunds Policy

At Rising Labs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The goods are unused and in their original packaging.
  • The goods are returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date.
  • Products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Products that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
